Minnesota Women’s Open Round 1 Recap

Amateur Tayler Ledwein of New Prague CC shot a first round 1-under par 70 to lead the 2020 Minnesota Women’s State Open at the Jewel Golf Club in Lake City, MN. Ledwein leads amateur Cassidy Laidlaw of Brookings CC by one shot after Laidlaw finished at even par 71. 

Defending champion Kate Smith of Detroit CC is tied for third with three others at 1- over par 72. 

The final round of the Championship will be played Tuesday, August 11 at the Jewel GC.
