Registration Opens: March 22, 2021 @ 9:00 a.m.

Registration Closes: September 23, 2021 @ NOON

Format:Four-ball Stroke Play. Player #1 plays best ball with each Player #2-5 listed on the team.

• Teams must consist of the following:

  Player #1: A-1, A-2, A-4, A-5, A-7, A-9 thru A-24, LM, MP B-1, B-2, B-4, B-7, B-9 thru B-23.

  Players #2–5: A-1, A-4, A-6, A-8 thru A-12, A-14 thru A-24, LM, MP, B-1, B-4, B-6, B-8 thru B-12, B-14 thru B-23, LM, MP and employed by the same facility* as Player #1.

  Players must be in good standing with the Section and the PGA of America in order to participate. A team must consist of one individual from the Player #1 classifications and up to four individuals from the Player #2-5 classifications. Any Player #1 classification can play on multiple teams while Player #2-5 classifications are allowed to compete on one team.

  *Same facility includes those within a golf management group, only when creation of a team is otherwise impossible.

Eligibility: Open to all PGA members and associates in good standing.
